Bought this heater to keep items from freezing in my truck when parked overnite. The low thermostat setting works Ok for tempature turn on, but the overall wattage is a little small for size of truck. I am sure unit would be fine for little extra heat in a office setting. The unit is small and lite, you can hold it in one hand like an oversized book.

This is the only heat I used all winter. It's perfect for keeping the chill off. I live in CA and my apartment is 800 sq ft. This little heater was enough to keep the living room/dining room/kitchen area (about 400 sq ft) at 70 degrees. I'm ordering two more because they do the job and are much, much cheaper then using a wall heater. I have a washer & dryer in my apartment and my electric bill was only $60 per month. This doesn't blow hot air, it doesn't heat you up fast. It is steady warmth that does a very good job of taking the chill off.

Although I was satisfied in the end, I ordered a NewAir AH-400 Portable Space Heater and received something similar by RedeemAir without an explanation. I complained the item was substituted without asking me if I still wanted it and was then given the item for free. I've only owned it for a month or so but it seems to be working fine.

This is not designed to move a lot of heat around, but it is a safe heater to have around pets and kids. The feet are a little flimsy.

We bought this heater for my wife's tiny office, put it under the desk and it barely heats the area. It's flimsy feeling, with no timer setting, so you have to turn it off at night, a pain. Spend a little more and get the Delonghi, works great and has a 24hr. timer.
